På IKEA Industry Hultsfred pågår en av de största investeringarna i företagets historia. En helt ny generation av den världsberömda garderobsserien PAX lanseras inom kort vilket innebär en omfattande förändringsresa, för alla delar av verksamheten och på flera plan.
Tjänsten som application engineer ingår i vår Lean & Quality avdelning bestående av 9 medarbetare. Avdelningen har till uppgift att supporta övriga avdelningar med kvalitetskompetens så att våra produkter uppfyller uppställda kvalitetskrav. Rollen är i huvudsak placerad i vår Boards fabrik vilket medför att erfarenhet av processindustri är meriterande.
Med din tekniska kompetens, kommunikativa förmåga och goda problemlösningsförmåga är du en brygga mellan vår produktion av specialanpassade spånskivor och vad våra kunder önskar. Som Application Engineerär du ansvarig för optimering och utveckling av nya produkter, säkerställa implementering av nya krav, uppföljning av kravställda tester samt framtagning av analyser.
Du förväntas delta i och leda projekt samt genomföra rotorsaksanalyser och hantera kundreklamationer. I rollen ingår att utbilda personal för ökat kvalitetsfokus, driva utvecklingen av det förebyggande kvalitetsarbetet, säkerställa att kraven gällande dokumentation efterlevs och att uppdateringar hanteras på korrekt sätt.
Du har ingenjörsutbildning på universitets-/högskolenivå samt några års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter.
