Reports to: Applications Development Manager

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

What will you do?

• Lead development of new technologies in textile printing (new inks, workflows, and systems)
• Identify gaps and opportunities and suggest performance improvements
• Develop and deliver optimized solutions with clear performance metrics and measurable KPIs
• Write software/system specifications, algorithms, procedures, project steps, and test plans
• Lead cross-functional work groups within the R&D matrix
• Act as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and customer needs
• Plan, conduct, and analyze experiments using existing systems and prototypes
• Analyze and present complex multi-component technical issues
• Support Customer Service and Development departments
• Lead projects independently, end-to-end

Requirements

What Should You Have?

• At least 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or System Engineer (mandatory)
• B.Sc. in Engineering/Science or equivalent (mandatory); M.Sc. – advantage
• Proven ability to lead technical forums (task force, work group, or project)
• Creative, data-driven problem solver, fast learner, results-oriented
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High level of English
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Advantages:

• Experience with analytical/modeling tools (LabVIEW, Python, Matlab, JMP, etc.)
• Deep understanding of color management and RIP technologies
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and with diverse stakeholders
