Responsibilities:

• Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables for application development initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity within the team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities for application development solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to explore innovative solutions and strategic advancements.
• Design and propose tailored application solutions that address specific customer needs and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and direction, including design and code implementation standards, ensuring team adherence and consistency.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for prospective customers and partners.
• Mentor and support project team members throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of application development principles, methodologies, and lifecycle best practices.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL performance tuning.
• Familiarity with development tools, IDEs, and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams, including task delegation and performance oversight.
• Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
