Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of EUCs, primarily using Microsoft Access and Excel
• Development and maintenance of solutions with SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows Server
• End-to-end management of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall approach
• Supervision and management of a team of 3–4 engineers
• Acting as the main interface with clients, particularly the Bank’s IT Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Banking IT Department or Consulting Firm
• Hands-on development experience with at least one programming language; proficiency in Microsoft Access VBA (forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros), .NET, and C# is preferred
• Strong background in database and server technologies, including SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database management on Windows Server
• Ability to think logically and simplify complex situations for non-IT end users
• Proactive communication skills with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple teams
• Flexibility to adapt to restricted development environments governed by strict banking policies
• Proficiency in Business English, with the ability to draft clear documentation and communicate effectively in a professional setting
