Application Developer

Full Stack - TechOps

We build the systems, tools, and platforms that simplify complex workflows for both clients and internal teams — from scalable APIs and enterprise integrations to intuitive user experiences and automation frameworks.

Why this role stands out

You’ll be directly working to support the evolution of TransPerfect´s GlobalLink software solutions designed to help multilingual organizations worldwide navigate complex ecosystems. You´ll work in a modern engineering environment, contributing to Microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based development workflows, secure, scalable enterprise applications, automation and AI-driven solutions in an international and collaborative team.

What you´ll do

• Design, develop, and improve core platform services and applications
• Build scalable backend solutions using .NET and C#
• Contribute to frontend features in a full stack capacity when needed
• Help evolve our microservices ecosystem
• Work with databases and data architecture
• Integrate security and compliance best practices into development from day one
• Improve and contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps workflows
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams
• Stay on top of emerging technology trends and engineering best practices

Requirements

What we´re looking for

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• University degree or its equivalent
• 3-5 years of solid experience in backend development with .NET and C# in agile or fast-paced development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Team player able to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams

• Frontend development experience, ideally with Vue.js
• Mobile development using Flutter / Dart
• Azure DevOps / TFS
• RabbitMQ
• OAuth and authentication frameworks
• Interest in AI, automation, machine learning, or language technology
