Job Description

On behalf of IBM, a leading multinational IT company, LMW is seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer – Microsoft Analytics to join a dynamic team within the banking sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful Business Intelligence solutions supporting financial operations and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting applications using Microsoft BI tools. They will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to transform financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end BI solutions using: Power BI, Power BI Report Builder (Paginated Reports), Power BI Embedded Services and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Translate banking and financial reporting requirements into dashboards and visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance
• Contribute to the deployment, documentation, and support of BI solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or another related field

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• 2–3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in Business Intelligence or data analytics
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
