Job Description
Application Developer (Java Full Stack)
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to support the takeover, maintenance, modernization, and development of a portfolio of business-critical applications within a large enterprise environment. You will work on both maintaining existing systems and re-engineering applications to align with modern development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and web services.
Participate in the takeover and knowledge transfer of existing applications.
Re-engineer and modernize legacy applications using current technologies and best practices.
Design and develop application components in collaboration with technical leads and software architects.
Build RESTful APIs and full-stack web applications.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical workshops, and user meetings.
Perform unit testing, technical documentation, deployment, and reporting using Jira and related tools.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing codebases in complex multi-system environments.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional Java development experience (full-stack preferred).
Strong experience with:

Angular 19+
RESTful APIs & OpenAPI
Maven
Docker
Git
NPM
PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and relational databases
JUnit, Mockito, Cypress (Test-Driven Development)
BPMN and UML
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and maintain existing applications.
