As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes analyzing existing systems, developing new features, and ensuring that applications operate efficiently and effectively within the organizational environment. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral to the role, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs, configurations, and updates to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Strong knowledge of web application development principles and frameworks related to Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Familiarity with database integration and management within application development.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
