As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications that align with specific business processes and requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional and efficient applications. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications support operational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral to the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness within the development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
