As our new Application Consultant, you will be driving the design, development, and maintenance of E-document solutions within SAP, ensuring legal compliance and delivering advisory services to finance stakeholders across the Grundfos organization. What you will be doing
As a key part of the IS Finance team, you'll create impact by Ensuring Grundfos meets its global legal and tax compliance demands through robust, well-integrated E-document and E-invoice solutions that empower the finance organization.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain E-document and E-invoice solutions, including SAP notes implementation and customizing
• Provide advisory and consultancy services on application functionality, acting as a sparring partner to Group Finance and other key stakeholders
• Resolve Level 2 support tickets including system bugs, complex service requests, and change requests, performing root cause analysis to drive permanent fixes
• Master integration to related application areas, including PI/CPI connections and mapping procedures
• Train and enable business users to work more efficiently while ensuring security, stability, and continuous improvement of the solutions
• Ensure relevant business processes are documented and that overall solution design aligns with legal and business requirements

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented SAP professional with strong E-document and tax compliance expertise, comfortable collaborating across cultures and departments in a global environment.

We would also imagine that you have:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP FI, including G/L accounts, tax codes, and business partner setup
• Proven experience designing and developing E-document and E-invoice solutions
• Hands-on experience with SAP notes implementation and customizing
• Knowledge of PI/CPI connection and mapping procedures

It is a plus if you also:
• Experience with withholding tax configuration and compliance
• Background working in global companies or consultancy firms serving multinational clients
• Familiarity with IT service management practices and ticket analysis methodologies
