The Senior Information Architect (UX / Information Architecture Lead) is a strategic UX leadership role responsible for defining navigation models, user flows, and overall information structure across enterprise digital platforms. This role ensures intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences aligned with business goals and brand standards.
This is a high-value offshore role providing UX governance and oversight across marketing and digital initiatives.
The Senior Information Architect will define and deliver:
Global navigation frameworks and content hierarchies
End-to-end user journeys and task flows
Sitemap structures for large-scale websites
Wireframes and interaction models
Heuristic evaluations and usability frameworks
Cross-platform information architecture standards
Their work directly impacts user engagement, discoverability, conversion optimization, and overall digital experience effectiveness.
Define logical content structures and taxonomy models.
Develop scalable navigation systems for enterprise websites.
Create detailed sitemaps and content organization frameworks.
Ensure consistency across digital properties.
Map user journeys aligned with business objectives.
Define task-based flows to optimize engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX strategy with marketing and product goals.
Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability reviews.
Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.
Establish usability standards and UX best practices.
Work closely with UX designers, developers, marketing, and product teams.
Translate research insights into structured IA deliverables.
Provide UX oversight across offshore execution teams.
Produce wireframes, IA documentation, flow diagrams, and interaction guidelines.
Maintain design consistency and governance standards.
Support digital transformation and redesign initiatives.
8–12+ years in UX / Information Architecture roles
Proven experience defining IA for enterprise-scale websites
Strong understanding of usability principles and interaction design
Experience creating sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes
Familiarity with UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro)
Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
