Our team helps lead clients through digital and information systems design, bringing expertise in a variety of areas ranging from software development, data science and security management to machine learning, cloud, and mobile development. Tasks:

• Sets standards in the scope of design, development, quality, and testing.
• Designs and communicates enterprise-wide database architecture.
• Designs database architectures, schemas, analytic platforms and BI services, and data governance solutions.
• Elicits needs and analyses requirements.
• Translates business, user, and technical needs into architecture solutions.
• Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features.
• Analyses available systems, applications, and services.
• Identifies options for potential solutions.
• Maintains and tracks architecture throughout the systems lifecycle.
• Estimates and sizes network infrastructure according to the requirements of systems and business applications.
• Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
• Prepares system documentation and delivers presentations.
• Leads development teams and development processes.
• Selects and evaluates technologies.
• Collects and interprets system metrics.
• Optimizes systems from performance, security, and quality perspectives.
• Contributes to the Enterprise Architecture repository and manages required artifacts.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of 8 years IT professional experience
• Required Certificates (at least 2) :

1. IASA Architect CITA-A or equivalent.
2. Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent.
3. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals or equivalent.
4. TIBCO Certified Associate or equivalent.
5. Certified SOA Architect or equivalent.

• Has performed the role of key architect in the development of at least one enterprise-wide integration platform deployment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Application Architect, preferably in a public sector or EU agencies environment.
• Expert in architecting systems integration at data and API level.
• Expert in designing enterprise-level integration platform connectors, flows, and service bus solutions.
• Expert in planning capacity and security of integration platform capabilities.
• Familiar with integration patterns, standards, and models.
• Familiar with serverless and containerization platforms in cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
• Excellent technical knowledge of integration platforms such as Tibco or MuleSoft, SOA, databases, application servers, communication middleware, web applications, cloud integration patterns, business intelligence concepts, systems integration, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Sound knowledge of designing systems and applications using UML.
• Familiar with the DevSecOps approach.
• Extensive experience aligning application development with business needs.
• Proficient in using system modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent.
• Familiar with widely adopted architecture standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected Framework, or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of hybrid systems and application integration.

Specific Requirements:

• Experience with modelling in ArchiMate.
• Experience with the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) or other interinstitutional frameworks.
