Position Overview:

We are seeking an early-career Workday Financials Application Analyst to join an enterprise ERP team supporting Workday Finance and related business applications.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of Workday Financials or related ERP application experience who wants to continue developing their Workday expertise. You’ll work alongside business stakeholders and other members of the ERP team to support system configuration, troubleshoot issues, assist with enhancements, and improve business processes.

Previous Workday Financials application support experience is required. Candidates do not need to be experts across every Workday module listed below.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the maintenance and functional configuration of Workday Financials.
• Support day-to-day application issues and troubleshoot reported problems.
• Work with business users to understand system needs and gather requirements.
• Assist with configuration changes, testing, documentation, and deployment of system enhancements.
• Manage assigned support tickets and document resolutions.
• Help create and maintain reports for business users.
• Support Workday release testing and related activities.
• Assist with Workday security administration.
• Work with internal teams and vendor support to resolve application issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processes.
• Continue building expertise across Workday Finance and Supply Chain functionality.

Workday Experience:

Experience with one or more Workday Financials or related functional areas is valuable, including: Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Expense, Procurement/Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Projects, Project Billing, Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Payroll, or EDI Integrations. You do not need experience across all of these modules to be considered.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting Workday Financials in an application analyst, ERP analyst, systems analyst, or similar capacity.
• At least 1 year of ERP systems or database management experience.
• Basic understanding of application configuration, business processes, and database structures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Workday Certification or ability to obtain the required certification within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
• Experience gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
• Exposure to Workday reporting, security, integrations, or release testing.
• At least one year of project management or project-based experience.
