Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant on a client mission to support and enhance a midterm workload capacity planning application. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will act as the single point of contact for the planning tool application used by our client's workshop for midterm planning of workload capacity. The application is built on SharePoint cloud, integrated with SAP, and the function can be performed fully remote. You will provide support to resolve any bugs reported by the business, analyze enhancement proposals (feasibility, workload), execute development if accepted, and follow up on deployment during hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for supporting and enhancing the planning tool application at our client, as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Provide application support to resolve bugs reported by the business.
• Analyze enhancement proposals: analyze feasibility, analyze workload, execute development if accepted, and follow up on deployment during hypercare.
• Work within a SharePoint cloud environment with integration to SAP.
• Perform the function fully remote while collaborating closely with the client under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Required Qualifications and Conformity Criteria:

• Language proficiency in Dutch and French at minimum C1 level.
• ITIL certified (any version).
• Development experience: JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• Expert in SharePoint & Project Server 2007-2019, Online via proven previous experience (minimum 5 years experience).

Evaluation Criteria:

• Demonstrable experience with industrial or technically complex planning processes.
• Proven experience as Functional & Technical Analyst, Application Solution Architect.
• Experienced in end-to-end development trajectories: analysis, configuration, custom development, and deployment.
• Proven experience with BPM (Aris), Change Management (Adkar), Project Methodologies (PM²).
