Pay & Growth
• $25+ to start
• $30+ in ~90–120 days
• Techs earn $70k+
• Senior techs $100k+

Requirements
• 1+ years in a skilled trade
• Lift 50 lbs regularly (100 occasionally)
• At least 18
• Comfortable learning new tech
