Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Appliance Deliveryand Installation Supervisor

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, oruntilroute completion.

Responsibilities

• Train associatesonproper installation procedures

• Consult with associates and customers at job sites

• Order parts tomaintaininventory

• Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are used

• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materialsexpendedon work orders

• Manage installation related issues and provide solutions

• Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect andlocatemalfunctions

• Install or replace machinery, equipment,appliancesand new or replacement parts

• Be responsible forproviding driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Priorhighendcustomapplianceinstallation experience isrequired

• Validstate issuedlicense isrequired

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Experience as a Field Supervisor is highly preferred.

• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

• Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.

• Ability tooperatea motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent time management, organizational skills,leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
