Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
We're looking for a passionate individual to develop and manage the execution of AppleCare programs- driving attach growth and commercial success across the vibrant Southeast Asia region.
As part of the AppleCare Business Development team, you will partner and collaborate closely with sales channel partners in APAC to grow AppleCare sales across all Apple products. Working alongside your reseller channel account manager peers, you will build holistic account strategies and identify, shape and execute new business development opportunities.
You will:
- Craft and execute AppleCare strategy and account plans, grounded in deep understanding of market trends and channel dynamics, in partnership with local and regional teams
- Lead end-to-end management of AppleCare programs- commercial success, compelling offers & proposition, integrated offers, a seamless & positive customer experience, and sustained business growth
- Manage program operations, including partner relationship management and internal cross-functional collaboration
- Deliver program development resources, such as training content, marketing collateral, engagement activities and communications to stakeholders
- Establish reporting to track program results to the intended business outcomes.
- Communicate program performance to leadership teams, finance, external partners, and cross-functional partners
- Champion the needs of the market with headquarters to promote understanding and marshal the resources needed for your success
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a track record of securing executive buy-in and aligning diverse stakeholders through impactful storytelling
Ability to network both internally and inside partner organizations
Advanced analytics and reporting skills
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in commercial, product, or program management roles within carrier, consumer electronics, distribution or retail business development
Demonstrated success building partner programs that drive incremental sales
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from concept to launch and optimization, with strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, global environment
Excellent presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
Professional fluency in Thai required; fluency in other Southeast Asian regional languages a plus
