As an
Appian Developer
at Aspire, you will design, develop, and implement BPM-based solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality applications that support digital transformation and optimize business processes.
What you’ll do

Design, develop, and deploy Appian applications, including process models, rules, reports, and user interfaces.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Appian solutions.

Implement Appian components such as plug-ins, Smart Services, and Records to enhance performance and usability.

Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Maintain and enhance existing Appian applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing ongoing technical support.

Document application designs, configurations, and processes.

Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Ensure adherence to Appian development best practices, version control standards, and security policies.
What you’ll need
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with the Appian Low-Code Platform.

Strong understanding of BPM concepts and process modeling.

Experience developing Appian components such as process models, SAIL interfaces, rules, and records.
-
Experience integrating Appian with external systems using REST and SOAP services.

Familiarity with Appian plug-ins and Smart Services.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Awareness of security and compliance best practices.
-
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
