商品采购（服装供应链）经理
岗位职责:
1、本地产品采购落地
与各团队紧密合作，确保本地产品采购流程、标准等落地。
参与全球产品策略的评估和优化，为产品多样化、丰富度、性价比提供保障。
2、本地管理：
深入了解越南市场供给情况，开发并维护与当地商品资源合作方的长期合作关系。
对合作方进行评估、审核和认证，确保可靠性、质量和履约能力，筛选出符合公司要求的优质合
作商。
3、流程跟踪：
全程跟踪执行进度，确保按照合同要求完成交付，及时应对和解决采购执行过程中出现的问题。
协调商家备货情况，优化管理流程，提升产品供给效率和商家的履约效率。
根据成本优化目标，密切关注上下游动态，确保连续、有效控制采购成本。
4、团队管理与能力提升：
培训团队成员，提升其对当地供给市场的了解及采购执行力，形成高效且专业的本地运营团队。
5、本地市场与政策研究：
关注越南行业政策法规和要求等，评估并规避风险。
定期进行市场调研，深入了解市场最新趋势.
岗位要求
1、至少 5 年的采购或相关产品供应链管理经验，具有越南当地市场经验者优先；
2、熟悉越南产业环境，具备出色的谈判能力和分析能力，具有良好的数据分析能力；
3、精通中文和越南语，具备优秀的双语沟通能力，能够顺利进行业务谈判；
4、 具备较强的组织能力、团队合作精神与领导才能，能承受较大的工作压力。
在服装品牌做供应链管理或供应链规划或供应商管理，能有供应链创新的素养。需要做过大货跟
单。
