of Duties

Title: Production Data Entry Assistant

Classification: Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate*: $24.00/hr

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM

Schedule*: Onsite, Hybrid minimum 4 days in/office, Monday - Thursday (some Fridays in office as needed)

Location: HQ, 14801 Califa St. Van Nuys, CA 91411

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates Production Asana Checklist based on company calendar.
  • Maintain accurate production data in Airtable and NetSuite: style setup/updates for all DTC and Wholesale styles, product attributes, delivery dates, quantity variances, etc.
  • Set up internal WIP seasonally for the Production team
  • PO creation and PO updates in Netsuite
  • At Risk reporting for DTC and wholesale
  • Issue trim purchase orders seasonally to keep inventory up to date
  • Run and review various reports: distro Product Attribute Report (i.e HTS, Fabric Content, MOP, Sample weight, Size Scale order) to the team on a weekly basis, Pulls and distributes Open PO/Inbound Report, Launch Report, Seasonal Bulk Late Shipment Report.
  • Update and maintain data in weekly Dispute Report.
  • Attends weekly Production Team meetings.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Manage multiple styles, PO’s and deadlines at once.
  • Prioritize urgent issues without losing track of details.
  • Ability to keep data clean, consistent, and up to date.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and well with cross functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in Apparel Production.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google docs.
  • Netsuite proficiency preferred.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to strategize the objectives and drive the various initiatives of the Production department to be accomplished in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure in an environment of constant shifting priorities and change.
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful working environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.
  • Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer.
  • Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time.
  • Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones.
  • Must be able to access various areas of a given location.
