App Support Engineer Web Jr Requirements Must have: +1 year of professional experience with: Java Unix/Shell scripting development Read Logs experience Troubleshoot software issues JavaScript Nice to Have Windows based application support activities AWS Cloud ITIL Python Responsibilities Provide application support for systems running on Java, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments. Read and analyze application and system logs to identify issues and anomalies. Troubleshoot software incidents and perform root cause analysis. Provide timely and effective solutions to application-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance. Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and phone to address technical issues. Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures clearly. Participate in shift-based support, including rotation schedules and occasional weekend coverage. Support a customer-oriented service approach, ensuring clear and effective communication. Languages English Developing Advanced Able to have a good conversation in English and able to write a good email and/or document. Locations Hybrid – Aguascalientes or Monterrey
