A. PROFILE

Role Title: App Revenue Manager

Reporting to: Super App and Digital Channel Senior Manager

Division: Digital

Department / Section: Digital

B. CONTEXT

Purpose This position will be responsible to identify & offer relevant Data & Voice consumer propositions and hence enable to achieve overall subscriber & revenue objectives for Data & Voice products for Digital Channel.
Context Digital Department is responsible to drive digital channel growth and revenue contribution on overall revenue as well. Also responsible for executing the overall business strategy to meet organization goals and engage with customer via digital channel to achieve growth in digital penetration through digital channel.

C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive end-to-end monetization of the U9 App, maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Accelerate user acquisition, downloads, and engagement across key use cases
  • Partner with Commercial and Product teams to define pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies
  • Design and launch high-impact bundles, offers, and revenue-generating services
  • Maximize digital channel contribution through targeted campaigns, exclusive app offers, and upsell strategies
  • Identify and plug revenue leakages through continuous performance tracking
  • Lead deep customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to unlock incremental revenue
  • Translate consumer insights and feedback into actionable growth initiatives for U9 app
  • Develop and scale gamification frameworks and engagement mechanics to boost usage and monetization
  • Introduce new features and in-app experiences that drive repeat usage and ARPU growth
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns, programs, and promotions with measurable outcomes
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness, optimize spend, and refine future strategies
  • Leverage A/B testing and performance analytics to continuously improve conversion and engagement
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination for timely and effective go-to-market
  • Track and analyze competitor pricing, offers, and engagement strategies
  • Recommend proactive actions to maintain market leadership and efficiency
  • Drive migration of users to digital channels
  • Increase app adoption among data users to enhance overall digital revenue mix
  • Monitor app KPIs to safeguard revenue integrity and user experience

F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

  • Minimum 6-8 years' overall experiences with at least 4 years of Managerial level in Product (Prefer experiences with Telecom company)
  • 3 Years of Revenue Management
  • Knowledge of Data Analytic
  • Strong understanding of Product, Revenue Management and Business Analytics (Prefer - telecom product management, product marketing operations, designing and executing product campaign)
  • Working knowledge of Excel and power point
  • Ability to understand and create visualizations like charts and graphs
  • Aptitude to lean new/different processes, systems within the company to understand data architectures and workflow.
