A day in the life :

• Combining with the company's business goals, define the APP product roadmap, product design and interactive design related to e-voucher, mobile payment and employee benefit.
• Through data analysis and competitive product analysis, deeply understand user needs, track and research product data, analyze operating results, and optimize product strategies.
• AI-oriented, familiar with leveraging AI to boost PM productivity, and passionate about fostering an AI-driven culture across projects and teams..
• Data driven. Know how to track, analyze data of the APP and iterate the APP features based on the results.
• Communicate product/project goals with stakeholders across departments, establish and maintain a good relationship with customers, establish and maintain a good relationship with third parties/suppliers, and coordinate internal resources with third parties/suppliers for improvement project execution.
• Design products and write detailed Product requirement documents.
• Develop project scope and purpose, including confirming the feasibility of the technical part.
• Ensure the feasibility and proper allocation of resources.
• Make good use of tools to control the scope, schedule and budget of the project, establish a detailed project plan to track progress, ensure that each project is delivered on time within the budget and scope, and review the results of the project by using systems, tools and technology.
• Implement control to reduce project risks.

Qualifications:

You have more than 3 years of APP product owner experience in related industries such as e-commerce, point eco-system, payment solution or employee benefit. Familiar with the business flow and have the experience of how to make business or system more efficiently. Familiar with how to drive users’ engagement and increase users’ stickness of an APP. Have the experience of how to increase DAU, MAU of an APP.

• Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant IT applications
• Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times
• Team player and willing to explore new project management concepts and methodologies
• Familiarity with .NET and SQL preferred
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM a strong plus
• Languages required: Fluent in oral and written Chinese(essential) and English
• AI tool experience is preferred
