Neuro Critical Care - Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA)
Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is looking for a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our accomplished and growing Neurocritical Care team.
You'll be part of a dynamic team of 5 neurointensivists and 13 Advanced Practitioners in our Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU) as we prepare to grow from 9 to 12 beds. This is a primary critical care role where you'll collaborate with attending neurointensivists to manage adult patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, compassionate NP or PA with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and the ability to work semi-autonomously. While prior experience as an AP in Neurocritical Care or another Critical Care discipline is desirable, it's not required. We value most a commitment to learning, providing outstanding patient care, being an outstanding teammate, and a passion for teaching and quality improvement.
