Carilion Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Urogynecology practice in Roanoke, Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who is interested in developing or continuing a career in Urogynecology. You will join a collaborative team and have the opportunity to manage your own patient population while maintaining access to physician support and specialty resources.

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred. Additional experience may be required based on specialty.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Nurse Practitioners must also hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia. Must be eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with state regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
Life Support: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required as appropriate to the position.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Must demonstrate and maintain all credentialing and licensing requirements of Carilion Clinic, the Virginia Board of Medicine or Nursing, and applicable certifying bodies. Must meet practice and managed care credentialing requirements and qualify for malpractice insurance coverage. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard computer systems required.

Compensation Range:
$107,993.60 - $172,785.60
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
