Requirements

· Required – Technical Skills

· Experience providing L1, L2, L3 application support

· Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills

· Experience with C# and .NET Core

· Knowledge of MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, REST APIs

· Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases

· Knowledge of Views, Functions, Triggers, Stored Procedures

· Experience with Git for version control

· Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Fundamentals

· Experience with Power Automate and Power Platform

· Knowledge of Copilot Studio

· Experience supporting application maintenance and minor enhancements

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

· Provide L1, L2, L3 support for business applications

· Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues

· Maintain application stability and availability

· Implement minor enhancements based on business requirements

· Monitor system availability and operational KPIs

· Collaborate with development teams on fixes and optimizations

· Support SQL Server and Oracle database activities

· Document incidents, changes, solutions, and support activities

· Ensure traceability and transparency of application maintenance

· Communicate effectively with customers during support activities

· Learn and develop agents using Copilot Studio

· Create automations using Power Automate and Power Platform

· Contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes
