Description

The Professional, App Development and Integrations (Customisation) Services delivers customised ERP solutions that meet defined customer requirements. The role works within established frameworks and completes development and integration tasks with growing independence. The Professional analyses business processes, translates functional requirements into technical designs and supports configuration, development and testing activities. The role checks processes, proposes improvements and provides informal support to less experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Analyses customer business processes and functional requirements.
• Translates requirements into technical specifications within defined frameworks.
• Develops and configures customised ERP modules and integrations.
• Supports testing and validation of customised solutions.
• Explains technical practices and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.
• Escalates complex issues to senior team members.
• Checks systems and processes and recommends adjustments to improve effectiveness.
• Solves routine technical problems using prior experience and available guidance.
• Proposes solution improvements for review by senior colleagues.
• Provides informal mentorship and day to day support to less experienced team members.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Experience in ERP customisation, application development or system integrations.
• Practical knowledge of ERP modules, business workflows and technical configuration.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks within established frameworks.
• Clear communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to identify and propose improvements to development processes.
• Education and experience in software development, information systems or a related field.
