Compensation & Benefits
• Total compensation range: $124,500 - $148,000 annually
• Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives

Schedule & Practice Details
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Primarily outpatient nephrology clinic and dialysis rounding responsibilities
• Minimal travel within the local service area
• Collaborative practice environment working alongside experienced nephrologists and clinical staff
• Opportunity to develop expertise in chronic kidney disease management, hypertension, dialysis care, and patient education
• Manage and coordinate care for patients across dialysis units and outpatient clinic settings throughout the Decatur area
