Clinical Renal Associates, part of the nationwide Panoramic Health network, is seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a team that puts providers at the center of care to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Hiring Package:

• Starting base salary $110,000 (negotiable DOE)
• Up to $20k productivity bonus
• $1,000 CME allowance annually + 5 days
• 4 weeks PTO

Schedule/Practice Details:

• Deliver nephrology care across a network of office, hospital, and dialysis settings throughout the Philadelphia region
• Coverage assignments are distributed among providers and typically involve only select hospitals and dialysis units within the same geographic area at a given time
• Opportunity for a varied practice environment combining office hours, inpatient consults, and dialysis rounding, with cross-credentialing for backup support across affiliated locations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree program in nursing, with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
• Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
• Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
• Knowledge of medical records documentation in a confidential manner.
