职位描述
岗位描述： 1. 主要负责APP、后台和Iot国内/国际项目测试工作，包含功能、性能、安全、稳定性、耐久性等； 2. 对测试工具和测试方式进行优化，包括不仅限于开发新的测试工具、平台，维护原测试工具和测试平台，提升测试效率； 3. 对现有测试方案进行改进，提升测试质量。包括不仅限于测试流程改进、测试创新、新测试方式引入等； 岗位要求： 1. 工科、计算机或其他计算机相关专业本科以上学历； 2. 熟悉 Java/Python/Object-C等编程语言； 3. 4年及以上APP/后台/iot测试及测试开发经验，具备开发或二次开发改进测试框架，测试工具平台的能力； 4. 有强烈的责任心和团队精神，善于沟通和合作，理解和适应变化 、抗压能力强； 5. 有质量管理和质量度量经验，优化质量模型进行项目质量分析和把控； 6. 有蓝牙相关软件测试经验和驾照优先；
