职位描述 - 蔚来 APP 是连接用户、车辆、服务、社区和品牌体验的核心数字触点。我们正在寻找一位高阶产品专家，负责蔚来 APP 的产品规划、体验升级和业务增长，持续打造行业领先的用户体验。 - 此岗不仅需要成熟的 C 端产品能力，也需要你具备 AI 时代的产品视野：能判断 AI 在用户服务、个性化体验、运营提效和产品创新中的真实价值，并带领团队推动落地。 岗位职责 1. 负责蔚来 APP 的产品战略、规划和核心指标，对用户体验、活跃、转化、服务效率和满意度负责。 2. 围绕购车、用车、补能、服务、社区、商城、会员等场景，设计并推动端到端产品方案。 3. 关注 AI发展趋势，识别适合蔚来用户场景的 AI 应用机会，并推动在业务场景落地。 4. 熟悉社区运营，协同业务职能、运营、研发、设计、算法数据等内外团队，推动复杂项目高质量上线。 5. 提升团队的产品判断、用户洞察、AI 理解和跨部门协同能力。
