APP产品设计师BeijingExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Lead Core App Experience Design
Lead the full-cycle UI/UX design of Tripo App (iOS/Android/iPadOS) from 0→1 or 1→N, covering core scenarios such as AI generation, 3D preview & editing, and material painting;
2. Define "AI-Native" Interaction Paradigms
Design smooth, engaging, and anxiety-reducing feedback animations and interactions to address the uncertainty and loading latency inherent in generative AI models;
3. Simplify Complexity, Lower Cognitive Barriers
Translate complex 3D concepts (e.g., meshes, topology, material nodes) into intuitive gestures and buttons, enabling zero-experience users to create with ease;
4. Build and Maintain Design System
Establish a Tripo design system (component library) for mobile and cross-platform consistency, ensuring high visual quality and interaction coherence;
5. Cross-Team Collaboration and Pixel-Perfect Execution
Work closely with AI algorithm engineers, frontend/backend developers, and product managers — deeply involved in requirement definition and leading UI walkthroughs to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
1、主导 App 核心体验设计
负责 Tripo App（iOS/Android/iPadOS）从 0→1 或 1→N 的全链路 UI/UX 设计，覆盖 AI 生成、3D 预览编辑、材质涂抹等核心场景；
2、定义「AI 原生」交互范式
针对大模型生成的不确定性与加载等待，设计平滑有趣且缓解焦虑的反馈动效与交互；
3、化繁为简，降低认知门槛
将复杂 3D 概念（网格、拓扑、材质节点）转化为直观手势与按钮，让零基础用户轻松上手；
4、构建并维护 Design System
建立适用于移动端及多端协同的 Tripo 设计规范系统（组件库），确保极高视觉品质与一致性；
5、跨团队协同与落地把控
与 AI 算法、前后端研发、产品经理紧密协作，深度参与需求定义并主导 UI 走查，保证像素级还原。Qualifications1. Experience
3–5+ years of mobile internet or tool-based product design experience, with a strong and demonstrable portfolio of shipped Apps;
2. Logic & Empathy
Strong UX logical reasoning skills with deep user empathy for creators — able to independently lead the full process from User Journey Mapping to high-fidelity prototyping;
3. Visual Aesthetics
High UI design standards, capable of delivering minimal, tech-forward, and international visual styles (familiarity with Dark Mode design is a plus);
4. Motion Design
Proficient in micro-interactions and motion design (Figma, Principle, Protopie, or After Effects), using animation to enhance the product's sense of "fluidity" and "delight.";
5. Passion for Emerging Tech
Heavy user of AIGC tools with deep observations and personal insights into the interaction mechanisms of AI products such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Runway.

3-5 年以上移动端互联网/工具类产品设计经验，具备完整且可展示的 App 落地作品集；
2. 逻辑与同理心
具备出色的 UX 逻辑推导能力，能深入洞察创作者心理，独立完成从 User Journey Map 到高保真原型的全流程设计；
3. 视觉张力
拥有极高的 UI 审美标准，能驾驭极简、科技感、国际化的视觉风格（熟悉 Dark Mode 设计者优先）；
4. 动效能力
熟练掌握交互微动效设计（Figma、Principle、Protopie 或 AE），能用动效提升产品的「呼吸感」与「魔法感」；
5. 热爱前沿科技
是 AIGC 重度用户，对 Midjourney、ChatGPT、Runway 等 AI 产品的交互机制有深刻观察与独到理解。 Apply
