Our APNT business works ethically, to provide Anti-Jam systems to our customers, who include but are not limited to the US DoD and Royal Air Force. Our business has the benefit of working in a challenging environment: a complex engineering and legislative environment with frequent changes – we are therefore keen to hear from someone who can create momentum within a programme, work effectively with other team members to deliver results and adapt to change.
of Role:
Raytheon UK’s APNT team is seeking a confident and driven Project Manager to lead a high‑performing Integrated Project Team within the business and take the lead on a key programme, as well as support continued growth to the business. This role will manage the delivery of technically complex, high‑profile projects while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will drive on‑time, high‑quality delivery, identify and support new business opportunities. Success will require innovative thinking, forward planning, and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the APNT team, identifying and securing new opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider company, and creating an inclusive environment for your team to grow are important to the success of this role. The position also offers opportunities for national and international travel to customers and suppliers.
Below are both the Essential and Desirable candidate qualities. At Raytheon our priority is culture: we are keen to hear from people with the right attitude, values and willingness to learn, therefore even if you feel you do not meet the majority of the qualities, we still encourage you to apply.
