API PSD Operations SupportThis role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lifecycle Services Operations Support (CCOW)

  • Provide operational support for CCOW order processing and cost management.
  • Collaborate with business teams and partner sourcing teams for deal reviews and CCOW purchase order (PO) coordination.
  • Conduct regular partner delivery reviews and lead customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Analyze and forecast CCOW performance trends to support COD.
  • Support KR MS PO activities by completing the Korean SOW (charge 3K per quarter from PSD to MS).

2) Engineer Utilization Management

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Korea utilization (UI) metrics with API PMs to investigate areas below target levels.
  • Share engineer utilization results and monitor ongoing trends for performance management.
  • Confirm and update CATW data prior to month-end close.

3) Process Optimization and Quality Management

  • Support Korea QMS (Quality Management System) activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
  • Review and update functional documentation annually in coordination with Delivery Managers.

4) Project Knowledge Management

  • Maintain comprehensive records of project history, including progress tracking and status monitoring (Red/Green).
  • Manage and organize knowledge assets related to project deliverables to support collaboration and continuity.
  • Prepare the monthly Large Project Review meeting and update project status using the PM dashboard.
  • Monitor overall project health and share the monthly A&PS project expense report.

5) KR PSD Financials

  • Participate in the KR Services Sales Order + P&L call.
  • Collaborate with SSD KR Ops and Finance to stabilize the PSD (LS) structure.
  • Analyze A&PS and LS financial data and provide insights for the KR Country SOR.
  • Manage overtime reporting for PSD and SSD and share with KR Delivery Managers.

6) Capacity Augmentations / L&D Support

  • Support KR PSD learning & development activities (quarterly training forecast, nominations, and seat confirmations).
  • Handle internal announcements for personal events (e.g., condolences/congratulations).
  • Manage engineer parking registrations and department distribution lists/calendars.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support for the KR PSD organization as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in operations support, project coordination, PMO, delivery operations, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and communicate insights.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational processes (month-end updates, reporting cadence, reviews).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with delivery teams, PMs, finance/ops, and quality stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates, surveys, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 compliance activities.
  • Experience supporting order processing, PO/SOW coordination, or partner delivery reviews.
  • Comfort working with financial data (P&L calls, expense/overtime reporting, forecasting).
  • Experience with knowledge management practices (dashboards, project status governance, document control).
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment across regions.

Tools & Systems (Typical)

  • CATW (utilization/month-end data updates).
  • PM dashboard(s) for status reporting (Red/Green) and large project review materials.
  • Standard productivity tools for reporting, documentation, and collaboration (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, document repositories).

  • Delivery Managers and delivery teams (project health, documentation, QMS readiness).
  • Project/Program Managers (utilization metrics, dashboards, project reviews).
  • Quality leads / QMS owners (ISO documentation and audit readiness).
  • Finance and Operations (P&L calls, expense and overtime reporting, structural stabilization).
  • Business teams, partner sourcing teams, and partners (CCOW processing and delivery reviews).

Success Measures (Examples)

  • On-time and accurate month-end CATW updates and utilization reporting.
  • Consistent cadence and quality of partner delivery reviews, surveys, and follow-ups.
  • Audit-ready QMS documentation and timely annual document reviews.
  • Accurate, actionable project health reporting and timely project review materials.
  • Accurate financial/expense/overtime reporting shared with stakeholders on schedule.
