
The Services Onboarding Set Up Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Customer and Partner contracts are accurately reflected in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role manages the end-to-end Customer Set Up process — including New Account Set Up in Siebel and Microsoft Dynamics and the creation of Configurable Part Numbers (CPNs) in SAP — that triggers the MPS Order to Cash process, Revenue Recognition, and the allocation and recording of Hardware Assets, Annuities, Consumables, and Toner Reconciliations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Onboarding to Resolution, Accounting, Global Services, and Partner Management to bridge process gaps and deliver accurate, compliant customer and partner setups.
