We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager at Oak Trail at Cherry Creek in Denver, CO.

In this role, you'll lead the maintenance team, oversee property operations, and help ensure residents enjoy a well-maintained community they are proud to call home. We're seeking a hands-on leader who values accountability, service, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team committed to quality, accountability, and customer service
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs, apartment turns, service requests, and daily maintenance operations
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance projects
  • Identify maintenance and capital improvement needs and partner with community leadership to prioritize and execute solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental health and safety requirements
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Foster a well-maintained community that residents are proud to call home

Qualifications

What You Have

  • 3+ years of multifamily maintenance, facilities management, or related property maintenance experience
  • Previous experience leading and developing maintenance teams
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including moving equipment and materials
