We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Officer to join our growing Property Management team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes by managing supplier payments, tenant invoicing, account reconciliations, settlements, and accurate data entry.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
  • Experience in the property management, real estate, or related industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using MultiArray Real Estate Manager is highly preferred but not required.
  • Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

Requirements

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoice details, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and process vendor payments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and AP reporting.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Generate and issue invoices to tenants, owners, and clients.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Process incoming payments and allocate receipts correctly.
  • Reconcile tenant and customer accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Support collections activities while maintaining professional client relationships.

Settlements & Reconciliations

  • Prepare and process property management settlements.
  • Reconcile trust accounts, bank accounts, and property-related transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of owner statements and financial reports.
  • Ensure settlement records are complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.
  • Support end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliation activities.

Data Entry & Administration

  • Accurately enter financial data into accounting and property management systems.
  • Maintain electronic and physical financial records.
  • Update tenant, supplier, and property information as required.
  • Assist with document management and audit preparation.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks.

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
