About the Role:
As a Channel Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with channel sales leadership and partners to identify growth opportunities, activate campaigns, and increase partner-driven pipeline. You will take a proactive, data-informed approach to engaging partners and reactivating dormant accounts, ensuring our Xcelerator portfolio is effectively positioned and adopted in the market.

· Align with channel sales leadership to define regional priorities, target accounts, and the required marketing impact on partner-driven pipeline and revenue
· Drive and execute regional channel marketing plans that support strategic growth goals, including partner activation, demand generation, and account expansion
· Identify and activate high-potential opportunities, including targeting disengaged or dormant accounts and launching re-engagement campaigns
· Execute localized campaigns targeting SMBs, ensuring effective use of global content and adapting for regional needs and partner demand fulfillment
· Partner with Channel sales, Global Industry planners, and Zone teams to align investment priorities and select programs with the highest ROI
· Ensuring marketing programs translate into viable opportunities for partners
· Own performance tracking across the demand waterfall, including partner-led pipeline, progression, and conversion
· Provide regional channel insights and act as the voice of the region to content and central teams
· Collaborate with Data and Content teams to optimize targeting, spend, and campaign effectiveness
· Communicate clearly across stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility into plans and results
· Strong understanding of channel marketing and partner-driven demand generation
· Ability to translate sales priorities into executable marketing programs
· Experience working across regional teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
· Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
· Ability to operate proactively and independently
· Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, especially in partner-led models

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business preferred. Proven experience in B2B software marketing, ideally with channel or partner marketing exposure.
