AudioCodes are currently looking for an experienced Voice AI Subject Matter Expert, based in Singapore, the Philippines, or Malaysia, to support and grow our Voice AI Connect and Live Hub business across APAC. Combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial capabilities, this role will lead Voice AI opportunities from customer discovery and solution validation through POC execution and commercial conversion, while helping develop new customers and partners across the region.

Your mission

As our APAC Voice AI Subject Matter Expert, you will lead the commercial development and growth of Voice AI opportunities across Southeast Asia, Japan, and Hong Kong. You will proactively identify, develop, and engage new enterprise customers and partners, driving new business opportunities from initial outreach through to deal progression, while translating real CX challenges into compelling Voice AI use cases.

You will own the technical validation journey, from solution design and customer discovery to demos, POCs, and pilots, while maintaining a strong focus on converting opportunities into signed business. Your ability to combine technical credibility with commercial thinking will be critical to growing AudioCodes' Voice AI presence and revenue across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification, discovery, and solution design for Voice AI and CX Automation opportunities across the region.
• Scope, build, and independently execute customer demos, POCs, and pilots, defining clear success criteria and driving opportunities toward commercial closure.
• Partner with regional Sales Leads to develop new enterprise opportunities, engage new logos, and convert pipeline into signed bookings.
• Identify and develop relevant Voice AI use cases based on customer maturity, business challenges, operational data, and CX requirements.
• Capture customer metrics and requirements to build compelling TCO, ROI, and value-based business cases.
• Own technical RFP and RFI responses and lead technical integration discussions with customers and partners.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and regional partners and support partner enablement through training, demos, and joint customer engagements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Voice AI, Contact Center, and CX Automation
• market and represent AudioCodes as a regional subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of experience in a similar position as an SME or Sales/Solution Architect position who combines sales experience with big technical knowledge - Must
• Technical - Voice Conversational AI (Virtual Voice Agents, Agent Assistants, Real-Time Translations, etc.), Contact Center, and Telecom (VoIP) experience are mandatory - Must.
• Experience in selling real-time communication (telephony) solutions and services to contact centers - Must
• Ability to engage on senior levels. Ability to address customers from the technology level and all the way up to the business, ROI, strategic & market trends level - Must
• Proven experience working with technology partners and selling in multi-vendor environments and ecosystems - Must
• Smart - Recent proven ability to constantly learn and adapt in new, rapidly evolving technical environments.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time across APAC.
• Large Partner and Large Contact Center experience - Must.
