In this role, you will:
Deliver value to our business and consumers by leading or supporting key DesignToValue(DTV)initiatives to ensure our cost base is as efficient as it can be in the Business Unit(BU)
Deliver exceptional consumer experience by implementing Family Care R&D innovation projects locally and driving renovation projects End to End with the local teams.
Provide support to theECMteam with productexpertise, project leadership skills and a “Quality first” mindset.
Have a pivotal role to commercialize seamlessly all new product initiatives and collaborate with a diverse, multi-functional and cultural team.
Core LCMresponsibilities–leading ECM type projects
Lead the implementation of DTV initiatives relating to products and materials & support other cost transformation (F2G) activities where product& processexpertiseis essential
ImplementlargeFamily Care R&D innovation projects locally
Own the design development and implementation of smallerrenovation projects End to End with theexternal manufacturers, alongside ECM team
Lead stakeholder update/management for DTV initiatives andrenovation projectssuch as Marketing,RnDleadership, Fuel to grow…
Ensure business continuityby supporting necessary trial work and inputting into decision in case ofmaterialchanges, supplycontingency, qualityissues…

MasterDegree inchemicalor process engineering.
if no experience in paper industry, a strong chemical and process engineering backgroundis required tobe able to learn fast about the technology
Minimum7+years experiencein an FMCG,in R&D or Manufacturing,with proven experience tocollaboratein a multi-culturalmulti-functionalenvironment
Enquiring mind-set & technically curious: be an idea generator, a passionate problem solver with the technical knowhow to develop winning products -leveraginggreat consumer understanding combined with strong technical processknowledge
Competent with data handling and working with systems, and experience with statistical analysis
Exceptional personal leadership skills, withdemonstratedability to set a vision & engage/influence others (business & technical) in supporting/delivering that vision, face to faceor remotely
Comfortableto share constructive feedbackand speak up your mind,challenge direction to offer alternative viewand holdstakeholders accountable
Inspired by change and opened to reshape ways of working
