The Director, Talent Acquisition leads a regional team responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of professional hiring for Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) roles across APAC. This role defines and executes a multi-year talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce plans, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and hires high-quality talent in a scalable, cost-effective manner.
This role partners closely with senior business leaders, HRBP’s and other HR partners across the region to shape workforce strategies, provide market-informed insights, and deliver hiring outcomes that enable business growth. The Director balances strategic vision with operational rigor, leveraging data, technology, and market intelligence to improve hiring speed, quality, diversity, candidate experience, and recruiter performance across the region.
