About Your Company

Our partner is a leading APAC Private Equity Real Estate Investment GP that is actively deploying capital across hospitality, commercial, and residential properties. Looking to expand and onboard an analyst with great potential to be groomed and polished in your career. You will work with a regional team and traveling will be frequent and candidates proficient in Mandarin and English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential real estate investments.
• Prepare detailed investment reports, presentations, and performance updates for stakeholders.
• Assist in executing real estate transactions, including deal structuring and closing.
• Develop, maintain, and refine financial models for valuation and investment analysis.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and sector performance to identify opportunities.
• Support asset management of existing investments, including performance tracking and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with external partners (lawyers, brokers, property managers, tenants) to facilitate deals and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Statistics, or related field (top-tier university preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, real estate, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling (DCF, LBO, sensitivity analysis) and Excel proficiency
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills for internal and external reporting.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin (Japanese a plus).
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of real estate valuation, leasing, and market dynamics is a plus.
• Must have legal right to work in Hong Kong (visa/work permit/PR).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for deals or site visits.
