To be successful as an "APAC PS JOC Operator", you should have experience with:
Essential Skills:
Familiarity with Access Control Systems (CCURE, Genetec or equivalent).
Experience with alarm monitoring platforms, CCTV systems, and security incident management tools.
Ability to analyze security events and determine appropriate responses.
Core Competencies:
Strong situational awareness and decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time operational environment.
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Desired Skills:
Experience in a JOC/SOC/NOC/Control Room environment.
Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment is desirable.
Exposure to CCURE and/or Genetec preferred.
Experience supporting regional or multi‑site operations advantageous.
Location-Pune.
