DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an APAC Process & Continuous Improvement, located in Singapore.

Strategic contributor responsible for enhancingCommercial Capabilitiesprocesses to ensure business continuity and efficiency.

This role focuses onidentifyingopportunities for automation and process improvements,leveragingdata-driven insightsand proven methodologies such as lean six sigmatooptimizeCommercial Capabilitiespricingand contracting operations management

The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to alignCommercial Capabilitiesprocesses with organizational goals, ensuring thatoperations and methodologiesare not only effective but also sustainable. By analyzingcontractingdata and trends, this position plays a crucial role in supporting informed decision-making and driving operational excellence.

Tasks:

  • Lead initiatives to streamline and automateCommercial CapabilitiesprocessesacrossDPS commercialorgnization, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual efforts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments toidentifypain points in currentworkflows and propose strategic solutions.

  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights that informoperationalstrategies and support business continuity.

  • Develop andmaintainrelevantprocess documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in methodologies across the organization.

  • Implement key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness ofcommercial capabilityprocesses, trackingimprovementsandidentifyingareas for further enhancement.

  • Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Provides training as needed with respect tocommercial capabilityprocesses

  • Support cross-functional projects by providing analysis and insights that align with organizationalobjectives

  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience incontracting or operationsanalysis, process improvement, or related fields, preferably within a healthcare or life sciences environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability toleveragedata to inform strategic decision-making and enhance pricing processes.

  • Experience in process automation tools and methodologies, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions in complex environments.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven project management abilities, including experience in coordinating initiatives and tracking performance metrics, lean six sigma certificationa plus

  • Knowledge ofbids, tenders, and contractingstrategies and methodologies, with a focus on sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Commitment to ethical practices and the integration of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all aspects of work.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
