As the APAC Media & Performance Lead, you will own the APAC media and performance strategy across priority markets. You will turn brand, audience and business objectives into an integrated, measurable media growth plan – connecting paid, owned and partner channels into one coherent journey. Your impact will show in sharper investment decisions, stronger execution and clear, compliant next steps that help people move towards informed action and lasting health.
To assess your fit quickly, here is what matters most for this role.
You will set the direction for APAC media and performance, then build the operating rhythm that turns strategy into results across markets, agencies and internal partners.
You will sit within Medical & Marketing, where colleagues connect commercial strategy, medical affairs and brand direction across therapy areas. This position reports to the Director, Consumer Engagement & e-Health. Externally, you will develop agency and partner capability across the region, setting high standards for strategic thinking, delivery quality and commercial stewardship. Working across central, regional and local levels, you will create clarity, move at pace and help teams share what works.
You will work in an international environment where your expertise shapes decisions across markets. The role offers scope to broaden your commercial perspective, work at the forefront of AI-enabled planning and advanced measurement, and build new skills through cross-market collaboration. You will be trusted to take ownership and make your voice heard, in a team that combines curiosity, collaboration and ambition to create real progress.
Your impact begins today. If you are ready to turn audience insight into measurable, responsible media growth across APAC, apply for the Senior Digital Execution Manager role. This position will be open until the completion of recruitment. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
