What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented, experienced, and self-driven reverse logistics and service fulfillment coordinator to support Tesla Energy Warranty business in APAC. Will require coordinating international and domestic shipments for our energy products. You will work cross-functionally with Tesla certified installers, logistics carriers, warehousing, service, and quality engineering to improve and manage Tesla's energy service fulfillment and return process.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate dangerous goods shipments for domestic and international service orders.
  • Keep track of aging service orders and follow up with carriers on aging/delayed shipments.
  • Support service fulfillment to meet aggressive quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Work with EH&S and service engineering to keep business up to date on correct disposition of energy products.
  • Collaborate with quality engineering to improve rate of return for failed units of high interest.
  • Develop strategies to increase return rate from 3rd party installers.
  • Pull data from internal dashboards to investigate aging MRBs to reduce backlog.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • 2+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or evidence of exceptional ability
  • Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity
  • Ability to code in SQL and Tableau a plus.
