JOB TITLE: IT support Technician on an On-Call basis
LOCATION: Afghanistan, Kabul
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide on-call technical support to end users. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will respond to incidents via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Break-fix support and maintenance of deployed equipment
Deskside support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, displays, printers, etc.)
Comprehensive hands-and-feet support for infrastructure devices, printers, monitors, and scanners, including installation, relocation, and onsite setup. Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) activities, Apple/Mac support
Coordination and participation in asset reconciliation and lifecycle management activities
