Benefits Administration
· Administer employee benefits programs across APAC countries, including enrolments, life events, eligibility management, and benefits changes.
· Ensure benefits transactions are processed accurately and within established service levels.
· Support annual enrolment and benefits renewal activities.
· Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Process Transition & Stabilization
· Support the transition and stabilization of APAC Benefits Administration processes into Global Shared Services through effective documentation, knowledge capture, and operational readiness activities.
· Work with regional HR, Benefits teams, vendors, and SMEs to understand process steps, requirements, dependencies, risks, and controls.
· Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge management documents.
· Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, shadowing, reverse knowledge transfer, and stabilization support activities.
· Support issue tracking, root cause analysis, process clarification, and documentation updates during stabilization.
· Assist in validating process controls, quality checkpoints, and operational handover requirements.
· Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across APAC benefits processes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
· Act as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, HR, and Payroll teams regarding benefits inquiries.
· Partner with external benefits providers, brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure smooth program delivery.
· Coordinate issue resolution and escalation management with regional and global stakeholders.
Process Excellence & Compliance
· Maintain and update benefits documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and process maps.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and benefits governance requirements.
· Support internal and external audit activities related to benefits administration.
Data Management & Reporting
· Maintain benefits-related data within HR systems, including Workday, vendor portals and other supporting platforms.
· Analyze benefits trends, employee inquiries, and operational metrics.
· Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and regional stakeholders.
· Support system testing, configuration validation, and implementation of benefits-related enhancements.
Project Support
· Participate in regional and global benefits projects, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
· Support implementation of new benefit programs and vendor transitions.
· Assist with communication and change management activities related to benefits programs.
Educational & Job Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
· Strong knowledge of APAC benefits programs and employee lifecycle processes.
· Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Experience managing multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed region.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting multi-country APAC/EMEA benefits programs.
· Shared Services or Global Business Services experience.
· Knowledge of benefits compliance, governance, and vendor management.
· Experience with process improvement methodologies and operational excellence initiatives.
