The Account Executive (Regional Account Director) owns the relationship, the P&L and the transformation agenda for a 7M+ sq ft, 50+ site portfolio — delivering integrated facilities management and workplace experience to one of the world's most demanding and innovative technology companies.
The client operates a Hyper-AI environment built on non-linear growth and continuous reinvention. They are not looking for a steady-state facilities manager; they want a strategic architect who will redesign delivery around automation, AI and a value-based commercial model — a partner who can match their ambition.

Their occupier division brings together facilities management, projects, transactions, portfolio strategy and workplace experience into a single, integrated solution for corporate clients. The Regional Account Director sits at the head of this delivery — accountable for client satisfaction, growth and operational excellence across the region.
The End Customer (Confidential)
A major global technology company with a large, complex APAC portfolio operating on a second-generation outsource model. Their environment demands a Customer Zero mindset — being first to deploy frontier AI in the real-estate and facilities space — and a partnership built on measurable value rather than service volume.
