• Amélioration de la performance du Département via la VT

• Standardisation des plans d’action

• Pilotage groupe de travail de résolution de problème

• Digitaliser le département

• Maîtriser les paramètres process via les outils Power (mention manuscrite)

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :

• Écrire des gammes standard

• Analyse QC Story sur les défauts récurrents et consultation de fournisseur

• Suivi des indicateurs, planification et compte rendu des groupes de travail

• Management transverse
